Fairwell and Thank You to Michael McVeigh 

It is with deep gratitude and regret that we announce the departure of Michael McVeigh, who, after 20 years of extraordinary service, has made the very difficult decision to move on from the AutoProtect Group (“APG”) to pursue new interests. 

Michael joined the Group in 2006, not long after its inception, and from day one, he has poured his energy, expertise, and heart into every part of our business. Over two remarkable decades, Michael has quite literally done it all—serving in almost every role, giving unwavering commitment to the success of the business, his colleagues, and our clients. 

Serving as Chief Operating Officer, a role he has held for the past seven years, Michael was instrumental in building an industry-leading claims administration capability and in nurturing many of the Group’s longest-standing client and supplier relationships. His operational expertise and steady leadership were key in unifying the Group’s diverse business units, helping to unlock the synergistic advantages of a consolidated value proposition and, more recently, the pursuit of operational excellence. 

On behalf of everyone at APG, we extend our heartfelt thanks to Michael for all that he has given and all that he has helped us become.
