A New Chapter for iComply With Greater Support for Dealers

AutoProtect is pleased to announce an exciting development for our dealer partners and the future of compliance support within the automotive retail sector. As part of our continued drive to improve service delivery and focus on our core strengths, we are transferring iComply, the compliance consultancy arm of AutoProtect Group, along with AutoProtect’s AR network, to our trusted industry partner, Automotive Compliance, effective as of 31 July 2025. 

This strategic move is part of the Group’s commitment to operational excellence. As we focus on our core business offering of high-quality value-added insurance products and vehicle warranties, it has become clear that the best way to support our dealer network’s compliance needs is through a partner wholly dedicated to this specialist area.  

By placing iComply in the hands of a respected, focused compliance provider, we believe we are setting the stage for even stronger, more consistent compliance support going forward. 

The transfer includes: 

• All compliance consultancy services currently provided under the iComply brand 
• The AutoProtect AR network 
• Our knowledgeable and experienced iComply field team, who will continue to support dealers directly. 

Dealers will retain the same people, the same systems, and the same fees for the first 12 months to promise maximum stability. Initial dealer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Many have welcomed the move as a logical and beneficial step, and we’re delighted that this confidence is being echoed across the network. 

Both AutoProtect Group and Automotive Compliance are enthusiastic about what this partnership can achieve. By combining our strengths, we are confident this transition will result in a more powerful proposition for dealers — with deeper expertise, more tailored support, and a sharper focus on helping retailers meet evolving regulatory requirements. 

After evaluation of options available to us, Automotive Compliance were identified as the most suited partner with shared values and vision for the future. We’re confident that Automotive Compliance will build on the strong foundations of iComply’s 11 years of experience and take the team to new heights.
