AutoProtect explained the process so I knew what the next steps and expectations were. Previous warranties I’ve had [with other companies] weren't worth the paper they were written on. After discussion with my garage, the repairs were authorised by AutoProtect straight away.

The documents required were emailed as requested, however there was no confirmation of receipt. I called to chase a week and a bit later, the call handler was very apologetic and got payment authorised straight away.
