AutoProtect Customer Services

Here on the frontline at our UK head office, an experienced customer services team focuses on putting its detailed knowledge of the company, its products and people at your disposal, whether you are an automotive retailer, a manufacturer, or one of our policy-holders.

Service Benefits

Every member of the customer services team holds a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in administration. So no matter how many calls and emails they have to field, they remain calm and helpful under pressure. All are trained to:

  • respond to queries professionally and efficiently.
  • redirect any questions they can’t answer straight to someone who can.
  • remember at all times that your customers are our customers.
  • assist with policy amendments and transfers.
  • manage customer claims fairly and swiftly.
  • raise cheques/BACs payments within 24 hours of claim approval.

The customer services team is on duty from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, except on bank holidays.

Our aim is to make sure all your dealings with AutoProtect are as straightforward as possible, whether you have queries about a product, a service, a policy or a claim.
